The Surveillance State CEO | WFTB Episode 2

They Know Everything.

We Know Nothing.

Until Now.

Friends,

If you're reading this newsletter, they already know who you are.

Three days ago, I learned that every piece of resistance content we've published—every blog post from Alex, every organizing video from Jamie, every underground broadcast from WFTB—has been feeding data directly into surveillance algorithms designed to predict and neutralize dissent.

We thought we were building resistance networks. We were building their target lists.

Episode 2: The Surveillance State CEO

Tonight's broadcast changed everything. Through a mysterious tip and some old-school radio trickery, I got ten minutes of unfiltered conversation with Emerson Rake, CEO of RakeTech Industries—the company that's turning surveillance into civic virtue and behavioral prediction into community protection.

What I learned will keep you awake at night.

Rake doesn't see himself as a corporate fascist. He sees himself as a community protector, using "civic harmony algorithms" to prevent violence before it happens. He talks about surveillance like it's public health, about dissidents like they're diseased, about behavioral modification like it's therapy.

And here's the terrifying part: he's probably convinced half of working America that he's right.

What This Means for All of Us

Every digital communication is compromised. Every resistance activity is being monitored. Every network we build becomes their research data.

But here's what Emerson Rake doesn't understand about Americans: thirty million of us have been listening to underground media in the past month. Thirty million people who now know the surveillance state isn't protecting democracy—it's replacing it.

You can't arrest thirty million people. You can't behaviorally modify thirty million people. And you sure can't predict what thirty million informed Americans will do when they finally understand what's being done to them.

New Operational Security

From now on:

  • Assume all digital communications are monitored
  • Assume resistance activities are being used against us
  • Assume they're studying our behavioral patterns

But also assume this: analog communication still works. Face-to-face conversations still matter. Human connection transcends algorithmic prediction.

Listen Now

Episode 2 is live on all underground frequencies. If you can't find us on digital platforms—and you probably won't be able to after tonight—check our emergency frequencies.

This might be the last time we can broadcast without complete technical interference. RakeTech is moving to "Phase Two implementation," whatever that means.

But they made one crucial mistake: they let us document their confession. They let forty thousand resistance listeners hear exactly how surveillance capitalism works, how behavioral prediction operates, and how corporate fascism markets itself as community protection.

That information is now out there, spreading through networks they can't control, shared by people they can't predict.

Stay analog, friends. Stay human. Stay free. Feed the birds.
